Ingredients:
- 6 large eggs
- 120g cream cheese (softened)
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Optional: 1 tbsp psyllium husk (for structure)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 160°C (320°F).
- Separate egg whites and yolks.
- Beat whites until stiff peaks form.
- In another bowl, mix yolks, cream cheese, butter, salt, and baking powder.
- Gently fold egg whites into the yolk mixture (don’t deflate it).
- Pour into greased ramekins or a small loaf pan.
- Bake for 25–35 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool before removing (this helps it firm up).
