Cheddar cheese & Zucchini Muffins

Ingredients


2 cups of shredded zucchini
1/2 cup of melted butter
Pepper and salt
6 eggs
Oregano spice
1 tsp of baking powder
3/4 coconut flour
1 cup of cheddar cheese shredded

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven 355F
  2. In a mixing bowl, add zucchini, butter, salt and pepper and mix
  3. Add the eggs, oregano and baking powder and mix
  4. Add coconut flour and mix until the batter becomes thick
  5. Mix the cheddar cheese in
  6. Spray your muffin tray with olive oil and fill all the way.
  7. Bake for 25mins or til golden brown.
  8. Cool for 5 mins and then eat
