Ingredients
2 cups of shredded zucchini
1/2 cup of melted butter
Pepper and salt
6 eggs
Oregano spice
1 tsp of baking powder
3/4 coconut flour
1 cup of cheddar cheese shredded

Instructions
- Preheat oven 355F
- In a mixing bowl, add zucchini, butter, salt and pepper and mix
- Add the eggs, oregano and baking powder and mix
- Add coconut flour and mix until the batter becomes thick
- Mix the cheddar cheese in
- Spray your muffin tray with olive oil and fill all the way.
- Bake for 25mins or til golden brown.
- Cool for 5 mins and then eat
