Ingredients:
- 3–4 fresh peaches (sliced)
- 2–3 tbsp Stevia or any sugar-free sweetener (to taste)
- ½ tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ½ cup whole wheat flour
- ¼ cup almond flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- A pinch of salt
- 1 egg
- ½ cup low-fat milk
- 2 tbsp low-fat butter
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a bowl, mix peaches, sweetener, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
- Pour this mixture into a baking dish.
- In another bowl, combine whole wheat flour, almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add egg, milk, and butter, then mix to form a smooth batter.
- Pour the batter over the peach mixture.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until the top is golden brown.
