Ingredients:
  • 3–4 fresh peaches (sliced)
  • 2–3 tbsp Stevia or any sugar-free sweetener (to taste)
  • ½ tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ cup whole wheat flour
  • ¼ cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup low-fat milk
  • 2 tbsp low-fat butter
 Instructions:
  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix peaches, sweetener, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
  3. Pour this mixture into a baking dish.
  4. In another bowl, combine whole wheat flour, almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Add egg, milk, and butter, then mix to form a smooth batter.
  6. Pour the batter over the peach mixture.
  7. Bake for 25–30 minutes until the top is golden brown.
