1. Classic Meat Lasagna
Ingredients:
250 g lasagna sheets
400 g ground beef
80 g onion, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
400 g tomato sauce
200 g shredded mozzarella
150 g ricotta or cream cheese
2 tbsp oil
Salt and black pepper
1 tsp oregano
Instructions:
Heat the oil and cook the onion and garlic until fragrant.
Add the beef and cook until nicely browned.
Stir in the tomato sauce, oregano, salt, and pepper, then simmer for 8–10 minutes.
In a baking dish, layer lasagna sheets, meat sauce, ricotta, and mozzarella.
Repeat the layers and finish with extra cheese on top.
Time:
Oven: 180°C (350°F) for 30–35 minutes
Best way to cook it:
Bake until bubbling and golden on top
Let it rest 10 minutes before slicing so the layers hold together better
2. Creamy Chicken Lasagna
Ingredients:
250 g lasagna sheets
400 g cooked, shredded chicken
400 ml heavy cream or white sauce
2 garlic cloves, minced
200 g mozzarella
50 g parmesan cheese
1 tbsp butter
Salt and black pepper
Instructions:
Melt the butter in a pan and sauté the garlic.
Add the cream or white sauce, then mix in the shredded chicken.
Season with salt and pepper.
In a baking dish, layer lasagna sheets, creamy chicken filling, and cheese.
Repeat the layers and top with mozzarella and parmesan.
Time:
Oven: 180°C (350°F) for 30–35 minutes
Best way to cook it:
Bake until the top is melted, golden, and lightly gratinéed
Serve hot so the filling stays extra creamy
3. Spinach and Cheese Lasagna
Ingredients:
250 g lasagna sheets
200 g spinach
250 g ricotta or cream cheese
200 g mozzarella
50 g parmesan cheese
300 ml white sauce
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tbsp butter or oil
Salt and black pepper
Instructions:
Lightly cook the garlic in butter or oil, then add the spinach and cook until wilted.
Mix the spinach with ricotta, salt, and pepper.
In a baking dish, layer lasagna sheets, spinach filling, white sauce, and mozzarella.
Repeat the layers and finish with parmesan and mozzarella on top.

Oven: 180°C (350°F) for 25–30 minutes

Bake until the cheese is melted and lightly golden
Best when the inside stays creamy, not dry
4. Bolognese Lasagna
Ingredients:
250 g lasagna sheets
500 g ground beef
500 g tomato sauce
200 ml béchamel sauce
200 g mozzarella
80 g parmesan cheese
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp oil
Salt and black pepper
Instructions:
Cook the onion and garlic in oil until soft.
Add the beef and cook until browned.
Stir in the tomato sauce, season with salt and pepper, and simmer for about 10 minutes.
In a baking dish, layer lasagna sheets, Bolognese sauce, béchamel, and cheese.
Repeat the layers and finish with plenty of mozzarella and parmesan.
