𝐌𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐝:⁣⁣⁣
◾Preheat your oven to 200C (390F).⁣
◾Add all ingredients (apart from the mozzarella, tomatoes and pepperoni) to a large mixing bowl and whisk together until well combined.⁣⁣⁣
◾Pour mixture equally into a 12-cup muffin tray or cupcake tin.⁣
◾Add equal amounts of cherry tomato into each cup (approx one tomato per cup).⁣
◾Add a piece of mozzarella into each cup. Then top each with a slice of pepperoni (approx 5g of pepperoni).⁣
◾Place the tray into the middle of the oven and cook for 25 minutes. Allow cooling for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy. 😊
