For preparation:
  • Turn the microwave to 350 degrees F and put the rack in the middle position on the baking sheets.
    Use a food processor, add the pork rinds, and finally chop or crush them well.
  • Wash the chicken perfectly, transfer it to the plate, and dry it with tissue paper.
