Ingredients:

  • 1 can (15 oz / ~425 g) mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 cup whipped topping (Cool Whip or homemade whipped cream)
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 small package (3 oz / 85 g) vanilla or orange gelatin powder
  • ½ cup mini marshmallows (optional)
  • ½ cup crushed pineapple, drained (optional for extra flavor)

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, mix the cottage cheese and gelatin powder until well combined.
  2. Gently fold in the whipped topping until the mixture becomes light and creamy.
  3. Add the mandarin orange segments and crushed pineapple (if using).
  4. Stir in the mini marshmallows for extra sweetness and texture.
  5. Mix gently so the oranges stay whole.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours before serving so it sets and the flavors blend.
