- 1 cup whipped topping (Cool Whip or homemade whipped cream)
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 small package (3 oz / 85 g) vanilla or orange gelatin powder
- ½ cup mini marshmallows (optional)
- ½ cup crushed pineapple, drained (optional for extra flavor)
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, mix the cottage cheese and gelatin powder until well combined.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping until the mixture becomes light and creamy.
- Add the mandarin orange segments and crushed pineapple (if using).
- Stir in the mini marshmallows for extra sweetness and texture.
- Mix gently so the oranges stay whole.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours before serving so it sets and the flavors blend.
