Creamy garlic mushrooms and bacon recipe
Ingredients:
- 12 oz sliced mushrooms
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 4 slices of bacon, diced
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions:
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add diced bacon. Cook until crispy.
- Remove bacon from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add butter, mushrooms, and garlic. Cook for 5-7 minutes or until mushrooms are softened.
- Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and well combined.
- Add bacon back to skillet and stir to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
