Creamy garlic mushrooms and bacon recipe


  • 12 oz sliced mushrooms
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 4 slices of bacon, diced
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish


  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add diced bacon. Cook until crispy.
  2. Remove bacon from skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add butter, mushrooms, and garlic. Cook for 5-7 minutes or until mushrooms are softened.
  4. Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  5. Add grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and well combined.
  6. Add bacon back to skillet and stir to combine.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve over rice, pasta or as a side dish.
