Keto Creamy Garlic  Butter Tuscan Mushrooms Recipe


  • 1 pound mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted  butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan  cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh spinach
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley


  1. In a large skillet, melt the  butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  2. Add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet and sauté for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Add the heavy cream, grated Parmesan  cheese, chopped sun-dried tomatoes, chopped spinach, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.
  4. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the sauce has thickened and the mushrooms are coated in the creamy sauce.
  5. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve hot. Enjoy!

Note: This dish is delicious on its own, but you can also serve it over zucchini noodles or cauliflower rice for a low-carb meal. You can also add some cooked and crumbled bacon for extra flavor and texture.
