2 cups Shredded chicken (about 2 chicken breasts)
1 cup Carrots (diced)
1 cup Celery (diced)
1 cup Onion (diced)
10 cups Chicken broth
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
1tbs garlic powder
1 medium Bay leaf (whole)�Pink himalayan salt (to taste)�Black pepper (to taste)
1 cup heavy cream

Instructions


To a large pot add all ingredients and let come to a rolling boil.
Turn down to simmer and continue to cook for about an hour!
You can add cooked spaghetti squash or cauliflower rice if you want to have an added substitute for noodles.
I did not add anything and it was incredible!
