Ingredients:
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1 cup coconut flour
- 2 tbsp psyllium husk powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup boiling water
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together almond flour, coconut flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Add in the eggs and melted butter, and mix until well combined.
- Stir in the boiling water until the dough comes together.
- Divide the dough into 6 pieces and shape each into a bagel.
- Place the bagels on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Allow the bagels to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before serving.
