Directions:
• BEFORE: soak your skewers in a bowl of water overnight or for a couple of hours. To prevent burning in the oven.
• Preheat oven to 450°
• Cut your chicken thighs into medium pieces – season with salt, pepper, garlic powder + Flavor God’s Lemon & Garlic Seasoning. Set aside. Then cut up your red onions and red bell peppers, set aside as well (season with salt, pepper & mix with some olive oil). You can definitely use more veggies if you want!
• Fill up your skewers with the veggies & chicken pieces, as much as you’d like. I made 8 chicken kabobs with about 6 pieces of chicken on each skewer. Line up on a baking sheet with parchment paper, and bake for 30 minutes. Make sure to flip them halfway through! Once done, plate and squeeze fresh lemon juice over all of them
