  1. Prepare the vegetables
    Wash and cut the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and onion. Dice the avocados just before mixing so they stay fresh.

  3. Add avocado & feta
    Gently fold in the diced avocado and feta cheese to avoid breaking them.
  4. Make the dressing
