Ingredients:

  • 1 large egg
  • 1 grated cauliflower head
  • 1 chopped avocado
  • 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Salt Black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Set the oven to preheat at 420 F, then line the baking tray with a parchment paper
  2. Cook the cauliflower in the microwave on high for 7 minutes
  3. Allow the cauliflower to cool, then drain on a paper towel.
  4. Remove the excess moisture by pressing with a clean kitchen towel, then put them in a bowl.
  5. Add the egg and mozzarella, then stir
  6. Add the seasonings and mix evenly, then shape the mixture into medium squares
  7. Arrange the squares on the prepared baking tray.
  8. Allow baking until browned evenly, for about 20 minutes
  9. In the meantime, puree the avocado with black pepper and salt.
  10. Top with the pureed avocado.
  11. Serve!
