Ingredients:
2 slices of keto bread
2-3 slices of cheese (Cheddar, Swiss, Gouda, etc.)
1-2 tablespoons of butter

PREPARATION:
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Spread butter evenly on one side of each slice of keto bread.
Place one slice of keto bread, buttered side down, onto the pan.
Layer cheese slices on top of the keto bread in the pan.
Place the second slice of bread, buttered side up, on top of the cheese.
Cook until the bottom slice of bread is golden brown and the cheese has started to melt, approximately 3-5 minutes.
Carefully flip the sandwich using a spatula.
Cook until the second slice of bread is golden brown and the cheese is fully melted, another 3-5 minutes.
Remove from the pan and let it cool for a minute or two.
Cut in half, if desired, and serve hot.
