Ingredients
· 20 large mushrooms
· 1 onion
· 60 grams of olive oil
· 3 cloves of garlic
· 1 tomato
· 1 yellow bell pepper and green bell pepper
· 1 eggplant

Instructions
1. Wipe the mushrooms thoroughly with a clean cloth. Then cut off the stems and set aside. Clean it thoroughly.

3. Dice the onion and grate the garlic.
4. Then finely chop the mushroom stems and parsley.
5. Chop the eggplant, tomatoes and peppers into cubes.
6. Take the rest of the olive oil in the pan and heat it. Fry the garlic and onions.
7. After the onions change color, add other vegetables and continue frying.
8. When it starts to absorb water, add parsley, lemon juice, salt and pepper, mix a little and turn off the stove.
