Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups almond flour, 2 tbsp coconut flour, 2 cups shredded mozzarella, 2 oz cream cheese, 1 egg, 2 tbsp butter (melted), 1/4 cup brown sweetener, 1 tbsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp baking powder
Instructions: Melt mozzarella + cream cheese → mix with flours, egg, baking powder → roll dough → spread butter + sweetener + cinnamon → roll & slice → bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15–18 min → glaze if desired
