Ingredients:
1 cup oat flour
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp instant espresso
2 eggs
1/3 cup honey
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp baking powder
Procedure:
1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Dissolve espresso in milk.
3. Whisk with eggs and honey.
4. Stir in oat flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
5. Pour batter into pan.
6. Bake 25–30 minutes.
7. Cool and slice.
