Pepperoni Pizza Grilled Cheese with Lemon Thyme Honey Mustard


  • 8 slices of your favorite bread
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened

For Lemon Thyme Honey Mustard:

  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves, chopped


  1. Prepare Lemon Thyme Honey Mustard:
    • In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, fresh lemon juice, and chopped thyme leaves. Set aside.
  2. Assemble Sandwiches:
    • Lay out 4 slices of bread on a clean surface.

  4. Serve:
