The ideal treat for summer is these Peach Cobbler Cheesecake Cones! Fresh peach cobbler and a creamy cheesecake filling are layered within a crunchy ice cream cone that has been white chocolate-dipped.

Ingredients

PEACH COBBLER

  • 1 pound peaches, sliced into wedges

LOW CARB COBBLER TOPPING

  • 1 cup low carb baking mix

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 cup milk

TRADITIONAL COBBLER TOPPING

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 8 tablespoons butter, salted

NO BAKE CHEESECAKE FILLING

  • 1 8 ounce cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/3 cup confectioner sugar (Swerve brand for sugar free option)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heaving whipping cream

Ingredients

  • 1 Egg White
  • 1/4 cup (20g) Unflavored Whey Protein
  • 1,5 Tbsp (15g) Sugar Sweetener
  • 1/4 cup ( 25g) Almond Flour
  • 1 Tbsp (14g) Butter
  • 1 Tbsp (14g) Heavy Cream
  • 1/4 tsp Xanthan Gum
  • Vanilla Extract

Instructions For Cones

  1. Prepare all of the ingredients for easy preparation.
  2. With regards to Whey Protein, you can either choose unflavored, where you have to add the sugar sweetener and vanilla extract or you can pick Vanilla Whey Protein, where those additional ingredients are included and therefore you can skip sweetener and vanilla.
