Ingredients
- 7 cups cauliflower florets, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 3 to 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup Italian breadcrumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with foil, then spray with non-stick cooking spray
- Place cauliflower florets in a large zip-top bag and add olive oil, then shake to coat evenly
- Add breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and Parmesan cheese into the bag
- Shake well until all florets are coated, pressing lightly to help the coating stick
- Spread cauliflower evenly on the prepared baking sheet
- Lightly spray the tops with cooking spray for extra crispiness
- Bake for 10 minutes, then stir and bake another 10 minutes until golden brown and tender
- Serve hot
