Ingredients

  • 7 cups cauliflower florets, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup Italian breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with foil, then spray with non-stick cooking spray
  2. Place cauliflower florets in a large zip-top bag and add olive oil, then shake to coat evenly
  3. Add breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and Parmesan cheese into the bag
  4. Shake well until all florets are coated, pressing lightly to help the coating stick
  5. Spread cauliflower evenly on the prepared baking sheet
  6. Lightly spray the tops with cooking spray for extra crispiness
  7. Bake for 10 minutes, then stir and bake another 10 minutes until golden brown and tender
  8. Serve hot
