Recipe: instead of Lady fingers, I made a crispy walnut layer ( 200g grind walnut, 2 eggs , 4 tbs coconut oil or butter, 1 tbs sweetner) mix and just spread it to be like 0.5inch thin on a tray with baking paper and bake it at 320 for 15 minutes.
Then use 200g whipping cream, 250 cream cheese, 1-2 tbs instant coffee and sweetner to taste. Wait for walnut layer to cool and assemble.
