  • 1 lb (450g)  ground beef or ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup (50g) grated Parmesan  cheese
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) heavy cream
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the Ranch Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup (120ml) sour cream
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp ranch seasoning mix (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh chives (optional)Instructions:
  • Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease itMix Meatball Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef (or turkey), grated Parmesan cheese, heavy cream, egg, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried parsley, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined but avoid over-mixing.
  • Form Meatballs: Using your hands or a cookie scoop, form the mixture into 1-inch (2.5 cm) meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake: Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are cooked through and have an internal temperature of 160°F (70°C).
  • Prepare Ranch Sauce: While the meatballs are baking, mix together the sour cream, mayonnaise, and ranch seasoning mix in a small bowl. If desired, stir in the chopped fresh chives.
  • Serve: Once the meatballs are done, let them cool slightly before serving. Serve with the ranch sauce for dipping.
