Keto Quick and Easy Pizza – 2.5 minutes
1 tbsp melted butter
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 egg
4 tbsp almond flour
2 to 4 tbsp RAOs sauce (save half for the end)
10 to 20 slices of pepperoni (save 10 for the end)
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (save 1/4 cup for the end)
Garlic to taste (optional)

Instructions


Cut up 10 or so slices of pepperoni
Mix cut pepperoni, melted butter, egg, 1/2 marinara sauce,flour, egg, baking powder, garlic, half of mozzarella, and whatever other seasoning you wish to add.
Pour in microwave safe bowl, microwave for 90 seconds, top with remaining sauce, cheese, and toppings of your choice, and microwave 60 more seconds.
