1 lb ground beef (preferably lean)
1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup diced bell peppers (green and red)
1/2 cup diced onions
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
1/2 cup shredded provolone cheese
2 large eggs
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce (make sure it’s keto-friendly or use a substitute)
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onions, bell peppers, garlic, and mushrooms. Cook until the vegetables are softened, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and let them cool slightly.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, almond flour, Parmesan cheese, provolone cheese, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and the cooked vegetables. Mix until well combined.
Transfer the meat mixture into the prepared loaf pan, pressing it down evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the meatloaf is cooked through and the top is browned.
Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Serve slices of the Keto Philly Cheesesteak Meatloaf with your favorite keto-friendly sides, such as roasted vegetables or a salad.
