Ingredient Keto pancakes Stuffed with bacon
- 1 Egg
- 2 tablespoon Heavy Cream
- 2 tablespoon Coconut Flour
- 2 tablespoon Melted Butter
- 1 tablespoon Erythritol
- ½ teaspoon Baking Powder
- 4 slices Bacon, cooked
01)- Whisk together egg, heavy cream, butter, and erythritol in a bowl.
02)- Blend in coconut flour and baking powder. Transfer the batter to a squeeze bottle.
03)- Set a non-stick pan over low-medium heat and lightly coat with non-stick spray.
04)- Squeeze batter into the pan, forming an oval shape 04)- slightly bigger than a strip of bacon.
Set bacon on top and squeeze on more batter on top.
05)- Cook for 2-3 minutes. Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
