Ingredients:

Instructions:
For the Flatbread:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the almond flour, egg, garlic powder, dried oregano, and a pinch of salt.
- Add the melted cheese mixture to the almond flour mixture and stir until a dough forms.
- Place the dough on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Use your hands or a rolling pin to spread the dough into a thin, rectangular shape.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
For the Filling:
- In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise and Dijon mustard. Spread the mixture over the baked flatbread.
- Layer the thinly sliced roast beef on top of the mayo and mustard mixture.
