Ingredients:

Instructions:

For the Flatbread:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the almond flour, egg, garlic powder, dried oregano, and a pinch of salt.
  4. Add the melted cheese mixture to the almond flour mixture and stir until a dough forms.
  5. Place the dough on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Use your hands or a rolling pin to spread the dough into a thin, rectangular shape.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.

For the Filling:
