Ingredients:
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any other keto-friendly milk alternative)
- 1/4 cup powdered erythritol (or any other keto-friendly sweetener of your choice)
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice (about 2-3 oranges)
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Instructions:
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine the heavy whipping cream, almond milk, powdered erythritol, and vanilla extract. Mix well until the sweetener is fully dissolved.
- Add the freshly squeezed orange juice and orange zest to the bowl. Mix again until all the ingredients are well combined.
