Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
Prepare the Chicken:
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook until golden brown on both sides and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side depending on thickness. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
