Instructions:

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Make the Dough: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave in short increments, stirring in between, until the cheeses are melted and well combined.

Form the Dough: To the melted cheese mixture, add the almond flour, egg, baking powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until a dough forms.

Prepare the Pizza Crust: Place the dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Use your hands or a rolling pin to flatten the dough into a circle, forming a crust about 1/4 inch thick. You can adjust the size and thickness according to your preference.

Bake the Crust: Place the crust in the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is lightly golden brown.

Add Toppings: Once the crust is done, remove it from the oven. Spread your preferred toppings (cooked bacon, sausage, vegetables, etc.) evenly over the crust.

Add Eggs: Carefully crack the eggs onto the pizza, spreading them out evenly among the toppings.

Bake Again: Place the pizza back in the oven and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes, or until the egg whites are set and the yolks are cooked to your liking.
