Ingredients

• 2 cups flour

• 3 ripe bananas (mashed)

• ½ cup Greek yogurt

• ½ cup sugar (adjust to taste)

• ½ cup oil or melted butter

• 2 eggs

• 1 tsp baking soda

• 1 tsp baking powder

• 1 tsp vanilla

• Pinch of salt

Instructions

1. Prep:

Preheat oven to 180°C and grease a loaf pan.

2. Mix wet ingredients:

Combine mashed bananas, eggs, sugar, oil, yogurt, and vanilla.

3. Add dry ingredients:

Mix in flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.

4. Combine:

Stir gently until just mixed (don’t overmix).

5. Bake:

Pour into pan and bake for 45–55 minutes.
