Ingredients

  • 2 cups cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup mushrooms (sliced)
  • 3–4 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano or thyme
  • 1 tablespoon butter (optional, for extra flavor)
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Prep Vegetables
    Wash and cut cauliflower into small florets. Slice mushrooms evenly.
  2. Heat Oil
    Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  3. Cook Cauliflower
    Add cauliflower and cook for 6–8 minutes until slightly golden and tender.
  4. Add Mushrooms
    Add mushrooms and cook for another 5–6 minutes until soft and browned.
  5. Add Garlic & Seasoning
    Stir in minced garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and herbs. Cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  6. Optional Butter Finish
    Add butter for a richer taste and mix well.
  7. Garnish & Serve
    Sprinkle fresh parsley and serve hot.
