Ingredients
- 2 cups cauliflower florets
- 1 cup mushrooms (sliced)
- 3–4 garlic cloves (minced)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano or thyme
- 1 tablespoon butter (optional, for extra flavor)
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prep Vegetables
Wash and cut cauliflower into small florets. Slice mushrooms evenly. - Heat Oil
Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. - Cook Cauliflower
Add cauliflower and cook for 6–8 minutes until slightly golden and tender. - Add Mushrooms
Add mushrooms and cook for another 5–6 minutes until soft and browned. - Add Garlic & Seasoning
Stir in minced garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and herbs. Cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant. - Optional Butter Finish
Add butter for a richer taste and mix well. - Garnish & Serve
Sprinkle fresh parsley and serve hot.
Tips
- Roast instead of sauté for a crispier texture (200°C for 20–25 minutes).
- Add chili flakes for a spicy kick.
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese for extra flavor.
