Ingredients

4 slices white bread

4 slices bologna

2 slices cheddar cheese

2 tbsp butter

1 tbsp mayonnaise

1 tsp yellow mustard

Instructions

Heat a skillet over medium heat and fry the bologna slices for 1–2 minutes per side until lightly crisp around the edges.

Butter one side of each bread slice. Spread mayonnaise and mustard on the inside if desired.

Place two bread slices butter-side down in the skillet. Add fried bologna and cheddar cheese, then top with the remaining bread slices.

Cook for 2–3 minutes per side until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted and gooey. Serve warm
