Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Wash and completely dry the blueberries.
  2. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Gently fold the blueberries into the yogurt mixture until well coated.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  5. Spoon small clusters of the blueberry mixture onto the sheet.
  6. Freeze for 2–3 hours, or until completely firm.
  7. Serve straight from the freezer.

Storage: Keep frozen in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
