Ingredients

  • 4 oz (115 g) cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp powdered erythritol or monk-fruit sweetener
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup strawberries, chopped
  • ¼ cup raspberries
  • ¼ cup blackberries
  • ¼ cup blueberries

Instructions

  1. Make the cheesecake cream: Beat softened cream cheese with sweetener and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Whip the cream: Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. Combine: Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream-cheese mixture.
  4. Layer: In 2–3 small glasses, alternate cheesecake cream and berries.
  5. Chill: Refrigerate for 10–20 minutes before serving.
  6. Add a small dollop of whipped cream and a few berries on top.

Use berries rather than bananas, grapes, or mango, and choose a zero-sugar sweetener.
