Ingredients:

2 ripe bananas

1 cup blueberries

1 1/2 cups oat flour

2 eggs

1/3 cup honey

1/2 cup milk

1 tsp baking powder

Procedure:

1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).

2. Mash bananas until smooth.

3. Whisk with eggs, milk, and honey.

4. Stir in oat flour and baking powder.

5. Fold in blueberries gently.

6. Pour into round cake pan.

7. Bake 35–40 minutes.

8. Cool completely before slicing.
