Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp ground turmeric (or fresh grated turmeric)
  • 1 tbsp fresh grated ginger
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1–2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 3–4 tbsp raw honey (adjust for taste)
  • Optional: pinch of black pepper (helps turmeric absorption)
  1. Mix turmeric, ginger, and cinnamon in a bowl or jar.
  2. Add lemon juice and stir into a paste.
  3. Add honey gradually until you get a thick, spreadable consistency.
  4. (Optional) Add a tiny pinch of black pepper.
  5. Store in a sealed glass jar in the fridge for up to 1–2 weeks.
  • Take 1 teaspoon daily (morning is common)
  • Or mix into:
    • Warm water or tea
    • Smoothies
    • Toast or yogurt
