Ingredients
- 2 tbsp ground turmeric (or fresh grated turmeric)
- 1 tbsp fresh grated ginger
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- 1–2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 3–4 tbsp raw honey (adjust for taste)
- Optional: pinch of black pepper (helps turmeric absorption)
- Mix turmeric, ginger, and cinnamon in a bowl or jar.
- Add lemon juice and stir into a paste.
- Add honey gradually until you get a thick, spreadable consistency.
- (Optional) Add a tiny pinch of black pepper.
- Store in a sealed glass jar in the fridge for up to 1–2 weeks.
- Take 1 teaspoon daily (morning is common)
- Or mix into:
- Warm water or tea
- Smoothies
- Toast or yogurt
