Ingredients:
• 2 large cucumbers

8 oz cream cheese (softened)
•
1 tbsp fresh dill or chives, finely chopped
•
Salt & black pepper to taste
•
1 tsp lemon juice
•
Thin slices of salami or prosciutto
•
Thin cheese slices (for roses)
•
Microgreens or sprouts
•
Edible flowers (optional)
Instructions:
Prepare the cucumbers:
Wash cucumbers and slice lengthwise into thin ribbons using a peeler or mandoline.
Make the filling:
Mix cream cheese, dill/chives, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Roll them up:
Spread a thin layer of filling on each cucumber ribbon. Add a small strip of salami or prosciutto if desired, then roll tightly.
Slice & stand:
Cut each roll into bite-sized pieces (about 1.5 inches) and stand upright on a platter.
Decorate the tops:
Add tiny salami roses, rolled cheese flowers, sprouts, or edible flowers for a beautiful finish.
Serve chilled and enjoy!
