Ingredients

  • 2 cups roasted peanuts (salted or unsalted)
  • 1½ cups chocolate chips (milk or semi-sweet)
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil or butter (optional, for smoothness)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  1. Melt the chocolate
In a saucepan over low heat (or microwave in 30-sec intervals), melt the chocolate chips. Stir until smooth. Add coconut oil if using.
  2. Add peanuts
Pour the peanuts into the melted chocolate and stir until fully coated.
  3. Form clusters
Spoon small mounds of the mixture onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  4. Let them set
Allow clusters to cool at room temperature or refrigerate for 20–30 minutes until firm.
  5. Serve & enjoy
Once hardened, remove and store in an airtight container.
  • Add raisins or mini marshmallows for extra texture
  • Use dark chocolate for a richer flavor
  • Sprinkle a little sea salt on top before setting for a sweet-salty combo
