Ingredients
- 2 cups roasted peanuts (salted or unsalted)
- 1½ cups chocolate chips (milk or semi-sweet)
- 1 tbsp coconut oil or butter (optional, for smoothness)
- ½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- Melt the chocolate
In a saucepan over low heat (or microwave in 30-sec intervals), melt the chocolate chips. Stir until smooth. Add coconut oil if using. - Add peanuts
Pour the peanuts into the melted chocolate and stir until fully coated. - Form clusters
Spoon small mounds of the mixture onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper. - Let them set
Allow clusters to cool at room temperature or refrigerate for 20–30 minutes until firm. - Serve & enjoy
Once hardened, remove and store in an airtight container.
- Add raisins or mini marshmallows for extra texture
- Use dark chocolate for a richer flavor
- Sprinkle a little sea salt on top before setting for a sweet-salty combo
