8 cups flour

1 and 1/2 cups cooking oil

3 cups sugar

5 cups milk

4 teaspoons vanilla essence

3 teaspoons cream of tartar

3 tablespoons baking powder

2 teaspoons salt

13 large eggs separated

Method

•Separate eggs into 2 bowls.

•Add cream of tartar into egg whites and beat until foamy,Using electric hand mixer.

•Gradually add sugar and continue beating until thick.

•Gentle add in the egg yolks (1 at a time )continue beating.

•Add vanilla essence .

•Add oil and milk and mix well.

•In another bowl add flour, baking powder and salt and sieve times 3.

•Gradually add flour into wet ingredients and mix well using whisky .

•Transfer batter into prepared muffin pan.

•Tap the pans to release air bubbles.

•Bake for 15 minutes at 150 degrees or until a toothpick comes out clean.
