- 1 lb lump crab meat (picked over for shells)
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 large egg

🔪 Instructions
1️⃣ Mix Filling
In a bowl, gently combine crab meat, mayo, egg, mustard, Worcestershire, seasoning, crackers, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Mix lightly—don’t break up the crab too much.
2️⃣ Shape
Form into small nugget-sized balls or oval patties.
3️⃣ Bread
Dip each nugget in flour → beaten egg → panko breadcrumbs.
4️⃣ Fry
Heat oil to 350°F (175°C).
Fry 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown.
Drain on paper towels.
