Materials:
– 1 ⁄2 onion
– 3 cloves of garlic
– 200g steak
– Salt, Black Pepper, Paprika
– Olive oil
– 10g Parsley
– 2 tortillas
– Mozzarella Cheese
Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Finely chop the onion and add it to the pan. Fry for about 2 minutes.
3. Add minced garlic to the pan and fry for another minute.
4. Cut off an inch around one of the tortillas and chop the rest. Add the chopped tortilla to the pan and fry for 2 minutes.
5. Add minced meat to the pan and fry for 3-5 minutes until cooked.
6. Season the steak mixture with salt, pepper, and paprika to taste.
7. Finely chop the parsley (or green onion) and add it to the pan. Mix well and set aside.
8. Place a tortilla on a clean surface. Spread cooked steak mixture evenly over top.
9. Sprinkle some mozzarella cheese over the steak.
10. Cover the steak with the second tortilla.
11. Sprinkle more mozzarella around the edges of the tortilla.
12. Fold the sides of the tortilla inwards to form a parcel.
13. Place a plate over the tortilla to hold its shape.
14. Heat the olive oil or butter in a pan over medium heat.
15. Use the plate to flip the tortilla wrapper onto the pan.
16. Brush some oil on the tortilla wrapper and fry for 3 minutes.
17. Use the plate to flip the tortilla wrapper and fry for another 2-3 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
18. When done, remove from pan and serve hot.
