Topping

-1 tbsp peanut butter.

-1/2 tsp sugar substitute.

-1/2 tsp heavy whipping cream.

Directions:

1. Cake- Mix egg, baking powder, peanut butter and sugar substitute in a microwave safe mug.

2. Microwave for 1 minute.

3. Topping- Mix peanut butter, sugar substitute and heavy whipping cream.

4. Microwave for 30 seconds.

5. Stir and top cake.

6. Enjoy
