Ingredients

2 low carb tortillas of choice, I used Mission Carb Balance

1/4 cup butter (very soft)

1 Tbsp minced garlic

1 Tbsp parsley

1 cup mozzarella (shredded)

Directions

In a small bowl, mix butter, garlic and parsley together

Spread 1/2 the mixture onto 1 tortilla

Cover with 1/2 cup mozzarella

Repeat steps for 2nd tortilla with butter mixture

Layer 2nd tortilla on top of 1st tortilla & top with 2/2 cup mozzarella

Line baking sheet with parchment paper to avoid a mess.

I baked in the oven at 450 degrees for 5 minutes then under the broiler for 3-5 minutes (watch closely so it doesn’t burn as each oven is different)
