🫐 Low Carb Blueberry Dump Cake 🫐

INGREDIENTS

1 package blueberries, washed
1-2 Tbsp lemon juice
1/2 C allulose (or your favorite keto sweetener)
1/2 C butter, melted
1 package Lakanto Blueberry muffin mix (or you could use the Duncan Hines Keto yellow cake mix)

INSTRUCTIONS

Pre-heat the oven to 375°F.

Combine the berries, lemon juice and sweetener, stirring to coat.

Using a 9×9 in baking pan, pour the blueberry mixture in the dish.

Pour the Lakanto mix over top of the berries. You won’t see the berries anymore, but use it all, covering evenly. DO NOT MIX!

Pour melted butter over the baking mix evenly and bake for 30-45 minutes. It will look juicy and like a lot of blueberries, but letting it cool for about 30 minutes, it will be perfect!
