1. Ingredients
    • 1 cup white chocolate, chopped
    • 3 tbsp butter
    • 3 tbsp lemon juice
    • 1 tbsp lemon zest
    • ½ cup milk powder
    • ½ cup powdered sugar (for coating)
    • 2–3 drops yellow food coloring (optional)
    Method
    1. Melt: Gently melt white chocolate and butter together in a microwave or double boiler.
    2. Add lemon: Mix in lemon juice, lemon zest, and yellow food coloring.
    3. Thicken: Stir in milk powder until a thick, smooth mixture forms.
    4. Chill: Refrigerate for 1–2 hours until firm enough to shape.
    5. Shape: Roll into small balls using your hands.
    6. Coat: Roll each ball generously in powdered sugar.
    7. Serve: Refrigerate for another 20 minutes, then enjoy!
Tip: If the mixture is too soft, add a little more milk powder. Store the truffles in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
