200 g erythritol
1 pinch of salt
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 lemon
240 g cold whipped cream

Add cream cheese, erythritol, salt to a bowl, then pour in lemon juice. Start mixing and add the cream and lemon zest. Continue whisking and serve with lemon zest.
