Ingredients


Head of cauliflower
Spicy sausage
One onion diced
Garlic
Salt and pepper
Kale
Chicken broth
HWC
Fresh parm cheese

Instructions

Brown sausage and put into crockpot
Cut up head of cauliflower into small pieces and add to crockpot
Add chicken broth so about most the food is covered
Add diced onion
Add minced garlic and salt and pepper and stir everything together
Cook on low for 8 hours
About 30 minutes before 8 hours is up Add about 2-3 cups of kale and About 1 cup of HWC stir until all the kale is mixed in and wet from the broth. Cook for another 30 minutes
Top with parm cheese onto your own bowl
It’s so good! The original recipe calls for bacon but I prefer it without it even tho I love bacon
